Flutter eyes continued US growth as it inches closer to Wall Street listing

Flutter Entertainment, the owner of Paddy Power and Betfair, continues to prepare the ground for its move to a US stock market listing later this month as part of its plans to dominate the American market.

The Irish-headquartered gambling company formally registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) last week in advance of a planned listing on the New York Stock Exchange at the end of January.
