Dublin office market edges closer to 2007 peak

IT companies continue to dominate the office market, while the serviced office sector is beginning to grow

It has been another exceptional year for the Dublin office market. Take up looks set to reach, if not exceed, 270,000 square metres. If achieved this will see the market surpass last year’s total of 262,600 square metres, while edging closer to the market peak in 2007.
