Dalata's expansion continues with new hotel in Scotland

The site in Edinburgh follows the hotel group announcing a leasehold on one in Amsterdam last month

Dalata, the Irish headquartered hotel group, has acquired the site for a new hotel in Scotland for £12.5 million (€14.4 million).

The purchase of the site in Edinburgh follows the group acquiring the leasehold on the Hard Rock Hotel Amsterdam American last month. The overall investment in the Edinburgh project will be approximately £48 million (€55.4 million).
