A lacklustre year of falling values, underperformance and minimal activity in the Irish investment property market is now beyond us.

The last 12 months have been generally written off by investors in the sector, as most waited on the sidelines for pricing to move towards some level of balance. Still, seller expectations and buyer capacities remain far apart for direct real estate.
