The first month of 2024 has witnessed a flurry of positive updates from the listed London office landlords, indicating a clear shift in sentiment versus the moribund market of the year passed.
However, the expansion outlook is now much less focused on new development pipelines, but rather on growing portfolio values through improving and renovating older stock. Like in other cycles, the London office market, Europe’s most liquid, is well ahead of its peers.
