BPFI warns providing universal access to cash must be shared responsibility among all industry players

The Banking & Payments Federation of Ireland (BFPI) has broadly welcomed new government measures to provide universal access to cash, but warned that a “level playing field among market players” will be “imperative” to the success of the policy.
