The Irish market simply cannot sustain €4 billion of transactions every year

While the property market is busy completing transactions in advance of another “bumper” year-end, it may be worthwhile considering the nature of 2016 to date and the likely market dynamics for 2017.

To date, more than €3 billion has been transacted, and the projection for year-end 2016 is about €4 billion, assuming a few large transactions that are currently sale agreed, close in Q4.
