Bar of Ireland responds to An Bord Pleanála chair’s ‘activist judges’ remarks

The Bar of Ireland has responded to claims by the interim chair of An Bord Pleanála about “two very activist judges”, saying that there is an “inevitability” that one side of a legal case will be dissatisfied with a judge’s decision.
