Almost half of Irish workers considering changing jobs this year

New data from CPL also shows that remote working capabilities remain extremely important for employees

Nearly half of Irish employees are mulling moving job in the next 12 months, according to a new survey carried out by services firm CPL.

The data, which was collected at the end of 2023, shows that 24.9 per cent of people were “strongly” considering another job, while 24.5 per cent said they were “somewhat” considering it.
