Dear Expert,

I am a Dublin woman married to a man from rural Kerry. Although he is much more traditional than me on lots of issues, we rarely clash. One area that we struggle with, however, is regarding food. He comes from a meat and two veg household, and baulks any time I cook something vegetarian.
