On Tuesday, April 16, Adam’s of Stephen’s Green presents its annual auction dedicated to Irish vernacular.

The 257-lot sale shines a well-deserved light on an often overlooked collecting category and associated effects. Known for its simplicity and function many of the pieces are unique in their design and possess an Irish sensibility which the catalogue describes “as not taking ourselves too seriously”.
