Dublin is booming like never before despite it’s difficulties

If there is a single location that sums up everything that bugs me about Dublin today, it is the corner of Russell Street and North Circular Road. This site is a few metres from Croke Park and a short walk from O’Connell Street, but it has been vacant for at least a decade and is now completely derelict.
