Every day is groundhog day at RTÉ. Eight months after it was engulfed in scandal over the elaborate pay arrangements of Ryan Tubridy, its highest-profile personality, the national broadcaster has been plunged into another crisis with the abrupt resignation early on Friday of its chair, Siún Ní Raghallaigh.
