Society takes a far too forgiving approach to criminal and violent actions by eco-socialist protest groups who believe their views are morally superior to all other opinions

There has been a tendency to excuse the actions of far-left eco-socialists as innocent and idealistically motivated. Disruption, criminal damage and mass gatherings by the far right are closely monitored by police, intelligence services and especially policymakers across Europe, but often a far more forgiving approach is applied to groups on the far left.
