Ireland’s tax veto again under threat from a floundering EU

Another EU summit and yet another attempt by our European friends to erode Ireland’s ability to set its own tax rate.

A report published by Enrico Letta, the former Italian prime minister, recommended the EU could remove national tax vetoes if the single market came under threat.
