Dublin taskforce a golden opportunity to address rampant neglect of capital city

In the political arena, announcements around the creation of taskforces or interdepartmental committees are usually bywords for inertia or killing off a particular hot issue.

Indeed, fans of the totemic political sitcom Yes Minister can recall countless times when Sir Humphrey makes that very suggestion to his impatient minister determined to be seen to do something.
