Thankfully, the seemingly interminable Conservative Party leadership contest in Britain has come to a conclusion and, as predicted, Liz Truss has emerged as the fourth Tory Brexit prime minister. The fight for the top post did little to inspire confidence in what amounts to a zombie government.
