As the new school term approaches, parents are once again facing the annual financial strain that comes with back-to-school preparations.
The Irish League of Credit Unions Back to School Tracker 2023, published in July, reveals that 72 per cent of parents find the expenses associated with getting their children ready for school to be a significant financial burden.
