It’s almost a year since Vision Capital launched its public assault against the board and management of Ires Reit, Ireland’s last remaining listed property Reit and the country’s largest private landlord.

The ongoing saga, which has grown increasingly bitter over recent weeks, looks set to reach its conclusion this week at a crucial shareholder meeting on Friday morning at the Marker Hotel it owns.
