More homeowners sue developer over pyrite

Four more homeowners are taking High Court actions against a company owned by developer Sean Mulryan’s Ballymore Group over pyrite damage to properties at an upmarket Dublin estate.

Some 30 cases have already been taken over the same issue. Ballymore had hoped to engage with the owners to resolve the situation, but close to six months after the first proceedings were launched, the matter is still in dispute.
