FDI activity on the increase

FDI investments grew by 10 per cent in the first half of 2016, according to IDA Ireland, with Ireland winning 115 projects compared with 110 in the first six months of last year.

“One of the key driving factors behind this growth is the availability of a highly skilled workforce, including international talent, in Ireland,” said Martin Shanahan, chief executive of IDA Ireland.
