Clancourt Holdings buys POD nightclub in €6 million deal
International tech firm said to be interested in renting former venue as office
Clancourt Holdings, the property business controlled by the Kenny family, has acquired the former POD nightclub and music venue on Harcourt Street in Dublin 2, for in the region of €6 million.
The property group, valued at €200 million during a recent restructuring, beat off competition from a number of other developers to acquire the property.
