I am a huge admirer of Amy Cuddy, the social psychologist, and I’ve had the pleasure of working with her a few of times over the years.

Cuddy is a researcher at Harvard University who studies body language. She has published papers on the effects of the “power pose”. Power posing is the idea that adopting powerful body language in certain direct interactions can foster positive life changes.
