Joan Curry: elected to the council of the International Federation of Accountants

Joan Curry has become the first Irish public servant to be elected to the council of the International Federation of Accountants. Curry is finance officer at the Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport, a position she has held for the past six months. Before that, she served with the Public Service Pay Commission at the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform for 17 months.
