Joanne Mellon is logistics director at BWG Foods, the Irish-owned wholesaler and retail grocery franchise operator. She joined BWG in 2012 as operations manager. Joanne was appointed to her current position in 2016, with responsibility for managing the supply chain for more than 1,000 franchised stores operating under the Spar, Eurospar, Londis, Mace and XL brands. BWG Foods also owns BWG Foodservice and Corrib Food Products, the wholesale brands. It has 22 cash-and-carry branches, works...
