The number of investors purchasing new homes fell by six per cent in 2004, according to new figures from estate agent Sherry FitzGerald.

The number of investors purchasing new homes fell by six per cent in 2004, according to new figures from estate agent Sherry FitzGerald. However, investors still represented 22 per cent of the market, despite fears over falling rents and oversupply in certain areas.
