It’s almost amusing to see how many of those in the British media who promoted Boris Johnson as a serious politician are now turning against him.

Last weekend, the Spectator magazine – which Johnson used to edit – bemoaned BoJo’s loss of mojo. That was significant, even if the publication’s circulation is limited.
