I’m pleasantly surprised at the critical mass of people pushing back at the idea that immigrants should be welcome just because of our economic value
Let’s start with Elon Musk. Last week, he did two things of note: he Tweeted what looked like a pull request. He was looking for “specific amendments” for his suggestions on the executive order on immigration issued by the US president. For context, a pull request is a way for developers to ask other developers for input on their code, and Musk, founder of Tesla and Space X who hopes to fly away to die on Mars, is an adviser to Donald Trump.
