The increasing role of artificial intelligence (AI) in work is presenting challenges for Ireland’s workforce, and recent research from Ricoh shows employees are taking notice.

A Europe-wide study of 3,600 people, including 250 in Ireland, by the document management business found that a third of all workers are worried a lack of digital skills could cost them their livelihoods. It’s a case of being replaced by robots or learning to work alongside them.
