Irish-based companies prove that strong customer service and an attention to detail are as important in the cloud as they were in the old world

When the cloud first started gaining traction a decade ago, fuelled by companies with large data centre footprints like Amazon and Google, it seemed like scale and deep pockets were integral to success.
