John Beckett is best known for creating budget airline Ryanair’s website at the tender age of 17. But his tech company ChannelSight should ensure him a more balanced legacy, writes Emmet Ryan

He’s still only 37, but after 23 years of starting his own companies, John Beckett wants to be known as more than just the guy who created the Ryanair website. It’s the go-to detail about the chief executive of ChannelSight, which closed a $10 million funding round last month. That’s on top of €3.3 million raised in 2015.
