Rural scepticism over NBP revival is more than justified

Every area that gets broadband on time will have those next to them wondering why their TDs haven’t got them sorted first

Forgive me if I feel like I’ve heard this one before. The National Broadband Plan is back, as 540,000 homes are going to start getting high speed connections from next year with the lone remaining bidder, Granahan McCourt, promising to get moving a year ahead of schedule.
