Chief technology officer Barbara McCarthy has big plans to scale the international mobile top-up provider - but first she needs to spread the word, writes Emmet Ryan

After three years at Hubspot, Barbara McCarthy knew she was going in head first when she joined Ding just two months ago.

McCarthy is the new chief technology officer at the international mobile top-up provider. The service is typically used by diaspora to top up family devices in their home countries. It’s also used at retail and wholesale level, with the likes of Digicel using the platform to manage its own top-up service.
