Kevin Neary, founder of entertainment company Gamesworld, warns young start-ups to drop the obsession with becoming the next unicorn

Kevin Neary and business partner Michael Finucane struck gold in their early 20s when they established Gamesworld, a video game retailer which came to be valued at €100 million. But Neary is modest about the achievement.
