When it comes to delivering voice over the internet, most businesspeople would be surprised to learn that connection speed isn’t always the best measure of quality
The quality of a call is actually much more influenced by the consistency of the connection than anything else. That’s according to Neil Wisdom, managing director with specialist software and service provider Intellicom Ireland.
