More must be done to address the IT skills gap

The recruitment crisis in tech has led companies like Techfynder to try to find new solutions. But to truly put a dent in the problem, extra support from the industry and government is needed

In last week’s Connected magazine, I wrote extensively about the crisis in tech recruitment. The simple fact is that there are not enough people to fill the requirements across the sector and those outside of traditional tech that need people with IT skills.

A mixture of creativity and intelligence is required to address the problem, and one business in west Dublin seems to have found a way bridge some of the gap.
