Salesforce has launched a new user interface called Lightning in a bid to adapt to changing customer demands.
“Salesforce has been the leader in the sales category in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for the last eight years. We like to think we know a thing or two about sales. But we are all more demanding customers now,” said Carl Dempsey, vice-president of sales engineering EMEA for Salesforce.
