A Dublin-based web development business has developed an internet of things (IoT) solution that could change the face of cycling globally.

Fluidedge, run by Síle Ginnane and Conor Cahill, has developed the Liberty Bell to improve data tracking of incidents involving cyclists. The bicycle bell with embedded software has already been trialled in Dublin and is being rolled out in Boulder, Colorado, in the United States.
