GreyEnergy: a looming threat to critical infrastructures

Researchers at the Slovakian IT security firm ESET announced at a press conference that three companies in the area of transport and energy, based in Poland and Ukraine, had been infected with a new and extremely dangerous malware, which they are calling GreyEnergy. They believe the programme was created by the same group responsible for the BlackEnergy attacks of 2015, which are attributed to the hacking group Sandworm.
