Google opens new security centre in Munich

Google marked the opening of its Security Engineering Centre in Munich, Germany this month.

The new centre sees Google’s existing Munich safety team double in number to 200 employees, who will work on projects including enhancing Google Account, making privacy settings more accessible and easier to use, and expanding Incognito Mode into Google Maps and YouTube.
