Having figured out where your data is and how third parties are involved, the next task is to perform a privacy impact assessment (PIA) for your company
PIAs help identify the risks to the privacy rights of individuals by assessing how their personal data is collected, used and disclosed. If there’s a high risk to the personal data you process, a PIA must be carried out before you start processing personal data.
