Gadget watch: Room for a view

In spite of the sheer size of Sony as an overall consumer electronics business, it’s quite happy occupying its own corner of the smartphone market rather than trying to compete with the likes of Apple, Huawei and Samsung in the battle for supreme dominance.

The Xperia 10 fits that mould nicely as a low- to mid-market priced device that is rather good at what it does.
