Cloud adds up for modern accounting
A growing number of finance and ERP applications have followed CRM and other business software into the cloud
It is fair to say that Salesforce.com was the first and is still the doyen of business SaaS, while generic email and more recently Microsoft Office 365 are the general purpose applications. But the category that is progressing rapidly is financial and ERP software, from our own Big Red Cloud through VersAccounts, Sage 200, Business One from SAP and a high level suite from Oracle.
