BT Ireland bucks trend and positions itself for growth
Telecoms are a tough market at the moment, but BT’s focus on local and multinational business seems to have paid off, writes Emmet Ryan
The continued downward trend in telecoms revenues has been bucked by BT Ireland, with a 6 per cent growth in the firm’s last quarterly results.
Colm O’Neill, chief executive of BT Ireland, told The Sunday Business Post that this was heavily down to the firm’s diversification in the market.
