AI start-up Voysis eyes Britain
Voysis to hire over 10 people to be based in their Edinburgh office

Voysis already has offices in Dublin and Boston. Earlier this year it closed an $8 million financing round led by US venture capitalists Polaris

Voice-powered artificial intelligence startup Voysis has moved into Britain by opening a new office in Edinburgh. Voysis said it plans to hire over 10 people to be based in their Edinburgh office which will be led Ian Hodson who joined Voysis earlier this year. Hodson was head of Google's text to speech program and played an important role in their Google Maps, Google Assistant and Android voice efforts.
