Up to 600 staff at Indeed told that they may lose their jobs

However, it’s expected that at the end of the global redundancy process, fewer than 200 will actually be laid off at the online recruitment company’s Irish operation

As many as 600 Irish employees at Indeed, the online recruitment company, have been warned that their jobs are at risk, but less than a third of these are expected to be laid off, the Business Post has learned.

Indeed, which employee 1,400 people locally, told staff on Wednesday that approximately 2,200 people across the company’s global operations are to lose their jobs, equivalent to 15 per cent of the firm’s workforce.
