Tier, the shared mobility operator, has signed a deal with Fingal County Council to roll out the company’s first electric bike scheme in Ireland.

The company, which is one of more than 20 firms seeking to operate shared e-scooter services in the Republic, is to provide an initial 100 battery power-assisted e-bikes for use in Blanchardstown, Swords, Malahide, Baldoyle, Portmarnock and Howth.
