Staff revolt fails to put off Altada buyer

Potential buyer of troubled tech firm says deal will go through regardless of whether current workers quit

The potential new owner of Altada, the troubled tech company, has said that his deal, understood to be €4 million, will proceed regardless of whether existing staff decide to stay with the firm.

A takeover offer by Jeffrey Leo, through an investment vehicle called Datech, was accepted last week by ahead of rival bidder Cometgaze, which is led by Integrity360 founder Eoin Goulding.
