Nory, an Irish-founded restaurant management system, has raised $7.7 million (€7 million) In seed funding as it looks to disrupt how hospitality businesses are run.

Founded and led by Conor Sheridan who previously co-founded and scaled restaurant group Mad Egg, Nory is developing what it describes as an operating system (OS) for hospitably businesses that addresses staffing, inventory, scheduling, waste and more with artificial intelligence to help improve decision making.
