Mangopay, a Luxembourg payments company, has become a tech unicorn on the back of two deals, one of which involves the acquisition of Irish start-up, WhenThen.

The company has not publicly disclosed financial details regarding the acquisition of WhenThen and fraud detection and prevention firm Neothane, but said the deals “support its ambitious growth plan to scale their payment offering by bringing specialist expertise in-house.”
